Hyatt Ziva Cancun is an excellent choice for families, offering a great variety of dining options, exceptional entertainment, and a clean beachfront. The service was outstanding, making us feel special throughout our stay. However, the presence of captive dolphins at the resort was a significant downside for us, and it’s worth noting that some dining experiences could be improved in terms of food quality.

I had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva where the cleanliness and safety measures were impressive, making me feel secure throughout my time there. The rooms offered beautiful views and were very comfortable. The dining options were varied and delicious, although I was hoping for a few more choices at breakfast. The location is amazing with lovely beaches, but it could be a bit inconvenient for public transport. Overall, it’s a fantastic resort for families, but some activities were missed due to the pandemic restrictions.
